Order Processing

Orders placed through MYMANCAVESTORE.COM are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotional periods, high-volume seasons, or for personalized and made-to-order products.

Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.

Personalized and Made-to-Order Products

Personalized, customized, and made-to-order products may require additional production time before shipment. The estimated production or processing time, when available, will be shown on the product page or communicated to the customer.

Please carefully review all names, dates, numbers, colors, sizes, and other personalization details before submitting your order. Once production has started, personalized orders may not be changed or canceled.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery address, package size, package weight, selected shipping method, and carrier rates.

Any available free-shipping promotions will be subject to the terms stated in the applicable promotion.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and begin after the order has been processed and shipped.

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. MYMANCAVESTORE.COM is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, service interruptions, incorrect addresses, natural disasters, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number.

Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after the shipping confirmation has been sent.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please contact us immediately if you notice an error in your shipping address. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been submitted or processed.

MYMANCAVESTORE.COM is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order is returned to us and must be shipped again.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by that carrier.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  1. Check around the delivery location.

  2. Ask household members, neighbors, or building management.

  3. Contact the shipping carrier directly.

  4. Contact us if additional assistance is required.

MYMANCAVESTORE.COM is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with a carrier claim when appropriate.

Damaged Packages or Incorrect Items

Customers should inspect their order immediately upon delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the item

  • Clear photographs of the packaging and shipping label

Please keep all original packaging until the claim has been reviewed. Claims may be denied if sufficient photographs or supporting information are not provided.

Returned or Undeliverable Packages

Packages returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, failed delivery attempts, or failure to collect the package may be subject to additional shipping charges.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return resulted from an error made by MYMANCAVESTORE.COM.

In-Store Pickup

When in-store pickup is available, customers must wait until they receive confirmation that the order is ready before visiting the store.

A valid photo ID and order confirmation may be required at pickup.

International Shipping

International shipping availability may vary by destination and product.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge unless specifically stated at checkout.

International delivery times may be affected by customs processing and cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping Restrictions
